How call-offs work

The full volume is produced in one run, which gives the best price and consistent quality, and is then stored. You call off stock as you need it, for example monthly or per campaign. That reduces capital tied up with you and the risk of running out mid-season.

What drives storage needs

Flat delivery takes considerably less space than assembled rigid boxes.
Pallet pattern and stack height decide how efficiently volume is stored.
Seasonal peaks require a buffer ahead of the busy period.
Board should be stored dry and not crushed under excessive load.

Delivery setup

Delivery can go to your warehouse, to a third-party logistics provider or directly to your pack station. We plan units per pallet, marking and delivery windows together with you. Transport is carried out by a forwarder; we give no guarantees on transit times but follow up on deviations.

Storage arrangements are agreed per project and depend on volume and period.
Production normally 6-8 weeks after confirmed design; call-offs are faster.
Plan replenishment before stock runs out, not once it has.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to receive the full volume at once?: No. We can plan partial deliveries and call-offs so you only receive what you need.
How long can packaging be stored?: Board keeps well if stored dry. Adhesive strips and tapes have limited shelf life and should not be stored too long.
Can you deliver directly to our 3PL?: Yes, with agreed pallet dimensions, marking and delivery windows.
What if we need more urgently?: Call-offs from existing stock are quick. New production normally takes 6-8 weeks.
