What we review

Product dimensions, weight and vulnerable points.
Sales channel: retail, e-commerce, gifting or a combination.
Volume per run and per year, and how often the artwork changes.
Budget per unit, storage space and required lead time.

How we work

We start with a conversation and your material, summarise the conditions and propose one or two options with the trade-offs in cost, protection and expression. We then produce a digital mockup so you can judge the proposal before money goes into samples or tooling.

Common questions we help with

Rigid box or folding carton? Can freight cost drop with a few millimetres? Is a sleeve enough instead of several box variants? Are inserts needed, or is the right dimension enough? The questions are connected, and the answer always depends on volume and channel.

What the advice is not

We give no guarantees on supplier prices, lead times or certifications. Such details are confirmed by the supplier, forwarder or material manufacturer. VyPack is responsible for specification, project management and quality control.

Frequently asked questions

Does the advice cost anything?: The initial conversation and a digital mockup are included. Physical samples start from approx. SEK 1,500.
What should I prepare?: Product dimensions and weight, approximate volume, your logo in vector format and ideally a reference you like.
Can you help if I already have packaging?: Yes. We review the current solution and propose improvements in dimensions, material or finish.
How quickly can we start?: Often within a few days. Production itself normally takes 6-8 weeks after confirmed design.
