A display box has to stand firmly, present the product at the right height and survive customers picking from it. The structure decides whether it still looks good at the end of the campaign.

Types of display

Counter display for the till area, usually 15-30 cm tall.
Shelf-ready packaging that opens into a display.
Floor display with a base plate and reinforced sides.
Insert display placed inside an existing shelf module.

Material and stability

Corrugated board in E, B or EB flute is most common since it gives strength at low weight. The taller the display, the more the base and sides must carry. For heavy products, double-wall corrugated or an extra base insert is used. We calculate weight per bay and test stacking on samples.

Print for the retail environment

Flexo printing directly on corrugated is cost-effective for simpler graphics. For photographic print, an offset-printed sheet is laminated to the corrugated, giving smoother areas and a sharper image. Avoid large dark solids on uncoated corrugated since creases and folds show more clearly.

Assembly and logistics

The display should assemble without tools by store staff.
Flat delivery lowers freight volume and storage needs.
MOQ around 250-300 units; lead time normally 6-8 weeks after confirmed design.
Check the retail chain's requirements for dimensions and marking before production.

Frequently asked questions

Can the display be delivered pre-filled?: That requires packing at a supplier or warehouse. We can coordinate it, but it affects lead time and cost.
How many products should one bay hold?: Enough that the display looks full but can be refilled. We calculate bay dimensions from product size and desired count.
Can the display be reused between campaigns?: Yes, if the graphics stay neutral and change through a printed header or front. That lowers cost per campaign.
What does a display box cost?: Price depends on height, material, print method and volume. We quote once dimensions and quantities are known.
