This Code of Conduct applies to all our employees, partners and suppliers globally and aims to ensure responsible and fair business practices.

1. Business ethics and integrity

  • All employees and suppliers shall act with a high level of integrity and honesty in all business relationships.

  • We do not tolerate any form of bribery, corruption, fraud or unethical business behavior.

  • All business decisions should be made on the basis of transparency and fairness.

  • Competition law must be respected and no party may engage in cartels or anti-competitive agreements.

2. Human rights and working conditions

  • All businesses must comply with local and international environmental laws and work to improve their environmental footprint.

5. Compliance and reporting

  • All employees and suppliers are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct and ensure that their activities are conducted in accordance with our guidelines.

  • We encourage employees and partners to report any violations of this Code, without fear of retaliation.

  • VyPack reserves the right to conduct reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct.

  • In the event of a breach of this Code of Conduct, cooperation may be terminated or other measures taken to ensure responsible operations.
